The folks at E-Z Maid have always thought about making things easier for people. Particularly folks with disabilities.  

With help from family and friends, we formed a company whose mission is developing low cost products that make life easier. One of those items is the   E-Z Maid vent scented trash container. This is the trash container that makes ‘good scents’ in more ways than one.  

When you remove a trash bag, suction is created under the plastic bag. This can make it difficult to lift. For some people, say someone in a wheelchair, it is almost impossible.

We developed a vent which uses a replaceable disinfecting air freshener. This relieves the vacuum and helps cleanse the air. This makes it very easy to remove the trash bag. The renewable disinfecting air freshener fills the container with a pleasant scent too. 

The E-Z Maid container features a wide lip at the base where you can place your foot, cane or wheelchair to hold down and steady the container. This makes removing the trash bag effortless.

E-Z Maid's idea has been endorsed enthusiastically by the community and everyone who has used it. We have a patent pending with the U.S. Patent Office.
